After my previous complaint about Autopage, they contacted me and informed me that they will refund the full amount they took from my bank account 2months after my contract was ended with them (I gave notice in October, it was supposed to end in January, and they keep taking my money each month after that). It is 8working days after they told me that they're doing the refund as we speak, they took my banking details and I informed them that my surname on my bank account changed 7years ago (I tried for 7years without success to change my surname with Autopage). So I e-mailed them to ask what the problem was, and guess what... It is not their fault, the bank returned their refund! Now they want my real banking details, while they know my banking details because they take my money each month! I am not leaving this here! I want my money ASAP! When you owe them, they cut your line, but they can take your money and not return it? Absolute nonsense!
