Too many hiccups for one flight

Too many hiccups - too long story will put in bullet form
Way there - racetec chip was broken off the bike and helmet was broken (how rough is your staff with our luggage).
Have to pay R300 per leg and then they break your stuff
Wanted to cancel flight back for our bikes and it took forever to get through, I waited between 5 and 10min each time I called before eventually hanging up because I was tired of waiting - after about the 6th call on the 3rd day I finally got through
It will take 6-8weeks to receive our refund - this is madness it cannot possibly take so long to authorise a refund
On the flight back the pouch in front of me where the magazine is kept had not been cleaned out and there was a dirty tea-spoon and bag and a used tissue there.
