I dealt with Whitey Selana regarding an issue (which now has been sorted but his assistance). Mango must however know that employing someone like Whitey to deal with your customers is creating a terrible name for Mango. He has written me unsigned letters in which he refused to answer the questions that I posed to him. After asking thrice, he eventually answered my questions but these answers were unprofessional with no reference to any legal backing. I asked him to refer me to your legal department and he never responded to this. In fact, his last communication to me stated: "... we will not be in the position to enter into any further dialogue or correspondence in this regard." This after he still did not respond to my request. I had to send follow-up emails to him in order to get responses from him, he told me that his manager was going to contact me (he never did) and the list of irregularities in the manner that he responded to me just goes on and on. Since I sorted out my problem on my own, I'm not dwelling on my issue but feel that Mango must know that as a result of Whitey, I am not interested in supporting Mango or SAA when I travel in either a private or business capacity.
