Bad attitude at security checkpoint

We flew out of Durban King Shaka airport on Saturday morning, and went through the security check point at about 07:00 the morning. There was a lady working at security that was INCREDIBLY rude to us. We were travelling with 2 small children in a pram, and she was incredibly rude to my wife when she tried to help the kids and the pram through the check point. I completely understand that the check point with all the rules is necessary, but it would take ABSOLUTELY nothing to treat us like human beings in stead of being incredibly rude.
We flew through Lanseria on the Johannesburg side, and WHAT AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, people are helpful and friendly. What a pity that there is no private airport we can use on the Durban side.
