No bus turning up!!!

Booked and paid for the 22h00 bus from Durban to Pretoria.By 21h50 we were still standing in a long queue and all of a sudden the lady who books us in disappeared. After 10min looking for someone to explain what is the delay a driver of the bus informs me saying that the bus is full and another bus will come and the first bus is going to leave. Asking when this bus will come we were informed in 15min as they were fixing it from 16h30 already. After 20min a announcement is made saying sorry for the inconvenience with no explanation of what the inconvenience entails. 22h30 we asked when is this bus now coming? Informed us they are still working on the bus "replacing valves" and are looking if they can get a single bus. 32h00 and still no announcement was made as to what the delay is. The manager of the depot can apparently not be reached!! Had to organise a lift to the station and they were about to leave. Made the decision to take the bus the next evening as it was unsure if any bus will ever come tonight. Then they expected me to pay in for another ticket. This is unacceptable!!! Left with a copy of my ticket, ticket not sorted out yet! Couldnt wait longe
