Not the service I expected :(

A group of friends and I were flying back from Victoria Falls using BA (BA6282) on 16 December 2013. We were not informed that our flight itinerary had changed and that we would be making a stop over in Livingstone, Zambia before heading to Johannesburg. This resulted in an extra 60 minutes delay in Livingstone which was a huge inconvenience to us. To make it worse when we finally made our way to Johannesburg we were informed that the airline forgot to take food from Johannesburg and that we would not be getting any meals during our flight. As the airline already knew about this once in Victoria Falls could they not have gotten snacks from either of the 2 airports before heading to Johannesburg? We were starving and now had to wait extra long before we could finally eat. To make things worse I was feeling ill. I assume that when I paid for this air ticket the meal was charged over and above the air ticket and since I never got the meal, I have been charged for something I never received. I would like to be re-imbursed for this inconvenience and poor service resulting in the delay in the flight and non-provision of food for the passengers on the flight back to Johannesburg.
