NO STOPPING ON DURBAN ROAD BUS STOP

Every morning my mother takes the bus into town from Bellville. I have sent numerous emails to Golden Arrow bus services regarding this matter, but go figure, no response!!
My mother is blind, so this makes this whole situation even worse. She stands in the same place every morning on Durban Rd at the bus stop, but many times she has to come back home to fetch money. (She buys a monthly ticket), because the bus has just raced past her! This is totally unacceptable. She then needs to take the taxi into town, which means she needs to walk down to voortrekker road, woman alone at 6h30 in the morning, because bus drivers are just not acknowledging passengers standing at bus stops. They do not even slack off a tad!! This morning was the last straw for me, as the bus once again just drove past her and she arrived 45 minutes late for work, because of Golden arrow bus drivers negligence. This is not a public service I would be proud of. It has been a living nightmare so far.
