Poor train service

U wait for a long time in train stations waiting for a train. if there is train delayed they dont notify us, for example on tuesday i waited for more than two hours. there is lack of security on a train people can robbed of their belongs like cellphone, wallets and bags. prasa must improve on communication with commuters and on security.
