LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY- INCOMPETENT & ILLITERATE

I use the metro plus express train from Randfontein to Jhb Parkstation daily & costs me R289 compared to the 3rd class of R168 monthly.

My complaint is the poor service experienced all these years and we the law abiding citizens, have to suffer the most!! We have more than a job to lose due to frequent late coming, all because train drivers DO NOT feel like driving & TCO - train control operators are LAZY TO REPORT BAD SIGNALS. We had incidents where in the peak hours in the afternoon AFTER 4PM, there was problems, eg. Friday 18.10.2013 = 4:30pm train from Parkstation arrived at Randfontein after 8pm, then this morning, ILLITERATE TRAIN GUARDS & access controllers refuse for the purchase of tickets bearing in mind that the metro plus express train = 0105, did not pitch frm Jhb...

How many times do we the commuters have to suffer due to incompetent black people in higher positions??? Is it because we do not burn coaches & create riots LIKE NALEDI, VEREENINGING, PRETORIA etc??? In fact we are the MOST civilized line in the ENTIRE Witswatersrand region.

PUNITIVE action needs to be taken with higher authorities as we CANNOT ACCEPT this animal behaviour ANYMORE!!
