My wife booked a ticket for my daughter to fly to Durban with Kulula on the 1st December return 7th December. Due to family circumstances we were forced to cancel this trip a month or two before December. My wife phoned the call centre where she was told Kulula did not do refunds, however if we wanted she would keep it as an open ticket. Not once did she inform my wife to remember her name the date and time of this call. The ticket number is1612300065736. When my wife tried to use the ticket again the Call centre requested we provide them with the agents name, date of call and time to review what was discussed. They can see that my wife phoned in that she requested a refund but they claim the call was dropped and therefore unless we can provide them with the above list the ticket is forfeited. There system does not allow them to identify who placed the comments on the system and therefore cannot retreive that specific call.
Quite simple the call centre then has the absolute cheek to say to me there is nothing more they can do, is there anything else Kulula can do for me and please call AGAIN!!!
