Nkuthu Gardens
Complaint against: Nkuthu Gardens, Hillcrest

I booked at nkuthu gardens. At arrival i was checkd in by one of the house keeping ladies. No one advised about rules or safety measures. The next morning I've contacted regardin laundry & breakfast, I was informed by the manager that laundry wil be fetched from us at the room, & der was no room service we had to come the reception area for breakfast, I've also enquired if it was safe to leave our belongings in the room and she said it is very safe. Thereafter we proceeded for breakfast, 15 minutes later they called us to say there have been a burglary in the room and all of our belongings were taken. At the same time they have advised that all items were covered by their insurance company. We've asked them to contact the SAPS with regards to case being open. They have informed us that they have done so.we proceeded to the nearest mall to purchase some cloths as all of his belonging was taken. We got back 4 hours later and SAPS still did not respond. My fianc? had asked me to contact hillcrest station, upon doing that they sent out police officers within 5min of my call. I've been given the details of the insurance company and was advised to deal directly with them. After 3 months of numerous
