I had booked and paid for a flight from durban to lanseria on sunday 27 jan 2013 at 6:30pm. I got an sms at 5:00pm to state the flight is delayed by 30min. I called the call center to confirm this and the first call i just got disconnected by the operator after answering, the 2nd call the agent could not find my flight and shortly after just cut the call, the 3rd call the agent was too distracted on the other side to even listen to my surname and after being so annoyed with the calls and bad service received, i requested to be transferred to a manager which the agent was very upset about and eventually put me on hold, i waited for over 5min and then cancelled the call because it was obvious that she had chosen to refuse my request. Then on the delayed flight, they stated 30min delay. I landed 90 min past my intended arrival time. No apologies from the staff at all, just rudeness! The plane was also disgustingly dirty inside, surely there are some sort of hygiene standards that need to be adhered to. I will never ever fly kulula again, mango passengers departed, travelled and landed in the same time i stood around wasting, valuable family time wasted by kulula.
