Pathetic Service

It is pathetic that when the bus is late there is no sms sent to the passengers informing them that the bus will be 2 to 3 hrs late, so whats the point of giving your cell number when purchasing your ticket. On top of it all people who are intoxicated are allowed to board the bus in their drunker-ed state and then make a whole 8 hour journey unpleasant with their reek of liquor and stupid conversations, this was the most irritating trip and i will never recommend this service to any of my friends or people i might know.
