GTASA - Global Travel Alliance SA
BREACH OF CONTRACT

Traveling & Tourism

I received a quote from Coral from GTA for a trip to the far east which amounted to R26548.26 being the total cost for two people, which I duly accepted and made payment for within 24 hours. The following day I was issued with the tickets however I was notified by the bank that the payments made for this trip exceeded the quoted value and amounted to R39 802.10. When I brought this to the attention of Coral she informed me the following day that she made an error with the quote, however my acceptance of this quote created a binding contract and non for fillment of the quote is a breach of contract by GTA.

Due to this quote, I rejected other quotes which included special offers as well as airline tickets which could well be sold out by now. Also I have incurred numerous bank charges due to not having sufficient funds to make all these payments. GTA were authorized to make payments to the value of R26548.26, yet charged payments to the value of R39 802.10 which is also an unlawful act.

Please can you get back to me with immediate effect as to how GTA is going to solve this problem.

Regards
