Extremely bad service and a rip off

I made a booking for my mother. Used her home name which is her second name. I phoned call center and spoke to manager stolo asked him to please correct it for me. He insisted that he could not help me without a charge and that no one at mango can help. I'm sure someone at a company like mango would be able to change a name without a charge. So I recon he to me, I hope this is not mango's policy to to their customers.

He said that I have to pay R200 to change the name. I understand this charge if I was trying to change flights or person traveling but I'm not, I was just trying to correct my mistake. He said that maybe customer care can help but wouldn't get them to call me. He said I have to call them. Just lazy.
I think that the service I received was unhelpful and just rude. The fact that you want to rip me off for something so small is disgraceful. I fly mango by choice at least 15 to 20 times a year for business and a good couple of times a year when I go for holidays with my family. My company's preference is kulula and I think I now know why and will be booking all my business flights with them from now on.
