Rude and disrespectful customer service

Hi have booked from the 7 to 10 January 2020, paid R 6 825.00 for 5 sleeper. My brothers came to visit for the day willing to pay and was to leave as it was fully booked. I would not recommend staying at this resort, racist employees and rude customer service.
