Pay for SAA - end up on some other airways

I bought tickets for SAA flights this week. I assumed I would get SAA tickets cause Im on the SAA website. When I got to the airport I found out I was actually given Mango tickets where I must pay for everything and stand in long queues.? Why am I flying Mango when I bought on SAA? SAA provides food etc. Mango provides nothing. Very unhappy with the trickery involved. Even if you buy on SAA website they sell other airlines under their brand.
