Club Leisure
False information

I was made to sign a contract with the company under false information. I was told once I became a member that my existing time share would be sold by them so that I would only have a contract with Club Leisure. This has never happened since November 2011. I have insisted my contract to be canceled but I was then threatened to be blacklisted by the company. I believe that my contract is in void due to not all promises were met. I have been corresponding with club Leisure since the incident and nothing has been done since then. I will be canceling my debt order this weekend and if my contract does not get canceled then I will proceed to the ombudsman.
