I flew for the 1st time about 2 weeeks ago with British Airlines there coutesy and Humanity astounded me, I went down to durban for my grans Funeral. Coming back home I decided to try out Mango as I always see their ads, what a horrid company! I booked return tickets for me and my husband and the day after we found out that we had another death in the Family. In that state of shock and pain I had to muster up the courage to call Mango to cancel and guess what... All they could say when I explained was that I would lose all my money for canceling the tickets, I was disgusted. Where is compassion in running these businesses? Where is the Human touch?
It is so sad that Mango only care about money. I then had to spend an additional R900 in total to rebook, I ask the question to Mango staff and Management How would you feel after losing 2 family members in 5 days to be treated in that way?
