I received an sms notification to say that over R6000 will be deducted from my account for annual fees.
I then queried this with Club Leisure. Arny Nortje sent me an email with what was supposed to be a copy of my contract. I then requested a copy that I had signed. Anyone can clearly see that the amount of over R6000 had been added afterwards. I checked my copy of the agreement, and this amount does not appear anywhere.
Clearly Club Leisure should realise that such actions constitute. If I am not contacted within 1 day, I will be consulting legal action.
