Flexi Club
Canceled but not deposit refund

I had a very quick response from Mnr Arny from Club leisure, but unfortunately die email address he supplied doesn't want to go through and every time I phone to speak to him his busy.
I see the response is I need to get hold of the resale agent, strange that now where on my contract there is anything about a resale agent the contract clearly states that its between Flexi-Club and myself.
Can anyone give me advice in this matter? Probably the small claims court will be my last resort.
