DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED DESPITE PROMISES

I informed the owners that I would not take up accommodation due to unexpected operation. I was promised that deposit would be refunded in full. There were always excuses why the refund had not been done. I have been waiting for over a year. Unfortunately the owner cannot be trusted to deliver as promised.
