FLIGHT DELAYS!!!

I was supposed to get on flight JE149 from JHB to CPT at 16H00 31/04/2014, flight delayed dew to mechanical issues for 2 hours. For our flight back JE166 17H00 02/02/2014 we were standing in front of the departure doors for 30min before they let us on the bus to go to the aircraft, we were told to get back in the lounge as there are air-conditioning issues we were delayed for 2 hours again when we got on the airplane there were quite a few double bookings BAD BAD BAD. I feel sorry for the flight after us cause they were supposed to leave 19H00 but only left 22h00.I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. No wonder it is a company who doesn't respond.
