Hi, so I went on your website to make a booking 5 times on different dates. The page was either unavailable or the customer service useless. So I proceeded to 'contact us', which showed charges of R2, 85/min... why so much??? I think its pretty logical that when making an inquiry or complaint it should not cost us more money??? Let alone our calls should not be making you a profit... either way I continued to search for an alternative method of contact, but there was no email address. So I went to feedback but its just a page with the word feedback... is Zuma running your website? It would explain how useless it is! So I just bought a ticket with SA roadlink instead
