And once again the prize for most useless customer service goes to... VODACOM!!
Firstly, I've just realised that I'm still being billed for Blackberry BIS which I deactivated almost a year ago. I was told the service was deactivated when I upgraded my account and switched to Samsung... This was almost a year ago. Secondly, the vodacom contact us page is absolutely useless, I've just tried to log this complaint but it doesn't allow me to send the email!!! I suppose that's one way of making sure you get less customer service requests...
I'm really still trying to figure out why the I'm still with Vodacom, you guys have just been downgraded to "absolutely useless".
