Non repayment of car hire

I hired a car through flight center Killarney and when I arrived in Barcelona the car was not available. The booking was made and they used Holiday aoutos thinking that it is a rental company and it is not, I walk to all the agencies with no car for myself, i had to book and pay a car for the week. When back in SA I went to Killarney and spoke to a guy called Brett he said he was the branch manager and he took all the evidence phoned head office and said they are at fault and would get back to me. 3 Weeks later no responce back to Killarney spoke then to the real manager and he spoke to head office and took new evidence and whilst waiting said they are at fault and he will phone the next day.
It has been 2 weeks no reply and no follow up from the manager Luandi.

This is not acceptable, they know they are wrong and need to refund me, if this is not done the youtube is next course of action. I spend around 60-80 000 rand a year on holiday travel and they (flight center) had the privalage to do some of these bookings but this willstop, it stopped as I am leaving for Alaska Friday and no booking was done trough Flight Cente
