Thank you for all your help!

I would like to compliment and thank Lerato Mashinini, Aletta van der Westhuizen and Nape Malatji for all their work and efforts in assiting me to resolve a recent query. All 3 ladies really demonstrated a real concern for my situation and assisted me over a period of about two weeks until the query was resolved.

It is not often that one finds this level of care and commitment from such a large organisaiton and so I want to recognise them publically for their service excellence. I would aslo like to thank anyone behind the scenes and not mentioned here who was involved in assisting me.
