Where do I begin. This bus company rides on the fact that it provides a rudimentary service to lots of people - so we must just shut up and bear it. They are pathetic to say the least. Having ssen the number of complaints listed here- I would never have used them if I had seen this. If all people had internet access these complaints will quadruple at least. But alas even with the issues highlighted here- NOTHING will change with City to City. THey seem to be a law unto themselves and their management team exhibit classic ostrich behaviour. I booked a ticket from Pretoria to PE. Leaving at 3pm 1 Feb 3 2013 and arriving 06:30 2 Feb 2013 at PE station. What a joke. The bus was 1hr and 15min late and it arrived in PE 3 hours late. NO announcement. I called their call centre- No avail. I stood in Q at Pretoria and when finally got to front, person did not know and never found out either. Wow they treat people, CUSTOMERS with no respect- you watch and see. I was told in JHB that I was on the wrong bus and had to change-WHAT BULL. I wrote two mails to their customer service line with no response. NOTHING. Suffice to say I used Intercity for return journey
