Its unfortunate that services that are geared for black people are always below standard. City to city/ translux has made a large amount of people book at the same time. The large volumes of people cannot be catered for at the same time; as a result staff members talk down to paying customers pushing and demeaning them. Not only that; bus due to arrive at 17:00 was dismally late. The company failed to communicate the reason for delay or even how long it will taKe to arrive. There is no adequate waiting area and we were forced to wait for a long period. As more people started arriving for their respective busses; staff members continured to push people from the front back! CHAOS!!! It is disappointing that as paying customers people are treated with little respect. I hope Prasa will seriously attend to this ongoing issue.
