Durban to Dubai and London to Dubai

Flight EK776 Leaving Durban on 01 DEC 2013 - Departed Durban at 18.00. Had to wait till 23.00 for drinks and dinner even later.
Flight EK030 Leaving London on 28 DEC 2013 - Departed London at 17.30. Had to wait untill 21.30 for drinks and dinner even later. There was also a drunk passenger on board which resulted in him being handcuffed and kept on the floor at rear of aircraft. (The delay in serving food probably added to this problem). A most distressing journey thereafter as my wife and I had to listen to foul language and ranting for hours. Will NOT be flying Emirates again.
