RIP OFF CANCELLATION POLICY

I am very upset with [URL Removed] their cancellation rates are unheard of. I cancelled well before the check in date for an accomodation and had to cancel for very personal reasons. I then received confirmation of a cancellation penalty that was over 12% of my deposit, as well as an additional 10% as per the guesthouse's policy. Why the double cancellation penalty and such a high cancellation rate!?! I think it is unbelievably unfair, and warn everyone out there to book with guesthouses and lodges directly! DO NOT use this website to book!
On top of that I still haven't received my refund since I cancelled last week, just praying they can at least get that right. What an inconvenience! *sigh*
