Cancelations

I took out holiday plan with African Club Innovation and cancelled it within 10 days after with a sales consultant Mario. He advised that the plan will be cancelled up to today it has not been done. The plan was taken out on the 2011/10/06. Every month they debit my account and the amount changes every month. i have been send to the attorneys and every time i advised them i would like to cancel than they say they are unable to assist i have send them proof that i will not be able to make the payments but they declined and stated that i will be able to make payment.
