Absolute rudeness if decline to accept product

I have been getting phone calls from a company called Just Creative claiming myself and my partner have won a holiday voucher to anywhere in the country or Thailand. I just need to collect the voucher from a local venue at a set time. The first lady kept on saying that she will loose her job if I did not accept the voucher. After I declined, she phoned me afterwards just to 'thank me' that she will now be loosing her job as I do not want to accept the voucher and attend the awards ceremony.

A second guy contacted me about 2 months after. When I started to explain that I am not interested he just slams down the phone in my ear.

Even though the telemarketers might be annoying at times, I understand they are doing their job and I treat them with respect. I will not however accept rude behaviour from them after actually giving them the time of day, nor be manipulated into accepting a product I am not interested in. If this is their tactic at the initial phase, how many other things do they bully clients into accepting.
