Took payment helicopter ride which never happened

Early in December I paid R3000 into Executive Transfers (Shaun Marvin) account. I was promised to go on a helicopter ride and a picnic which still has not happened and the guy keeps dodging me and when I do get hold of him off a different number he promises to pay and he still hasn't. Avoid at all costs.
