STANDARD BANK COMPETITION

I won a competition in Tygervalley mall with Standard Bank, I had a choice of money or a voucher to the value. I asked for a voucher. About 2 weeks later a lady from the Creative counsel called me requesting my banking details so that the money could be deposited. I told the girl that i had requested a voucher and she said that it states that i requested the money. I gave her my banking details and thought the money would be in after a few days. After almost a week I called the creative counsel asking about the money and spoke to Divinia she said the money would be in the next day or 2. To date not a cent has been deposited, Whenever i call their offices Divinia is not available and if i do speak to her she doesn't have any answers! VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL and also they are giving STD BANK a bad name!
