No service, no answer, there goes our points!!!

If only someone could answer the phone, they could have aided us in completing online registration (system does not accept the correct id number, so it appears to be an error on their side) and making use of our points before it expired - but no answer, no assistance, and we are left struggling and lost many points as a result - livid!!
