Poor service false promises: Mango Guest services

I flew with the airline on Dec 26 2013 from JHB to CPT, when my bag came through the conveyor belt it was opened and several items were missing from it. Was told to fill in paperwork & promised a surveillance check plus feedback on the findings but till this day not once has the airline contacted me. When I follow up (eventually when someone does answer the phone) I'm painted a picture that all I did was just a paper exercise!!

Each morning I call I get promised an update within hours but not once has that happened, even this morning was told a Johan would call me by 12:00... here sits both my phones & nothing has come through. It's truly infuriating after spending so much on to get on a December flight you have your treasured items by the very handlers including a Christmas present I had dearly received the day before AND the airline's guests personnel don't even have the decency to phone & let you know how they have handled your case if at all?!! Like tape recorders all they echo is "Mango is not responsible", surely if not responsible for replacing items at least show concern and take actions to find why ur customers are experiencing such! Feedback alone goes a long way!
