I made a booking through greyhound (vitality)...

after entering all my details i get a confirmation thanking MR Laka...

I would like to say that this is sexist...
i entered my details and Mrs laka and that is what is indicated on the booking details.
what makes them assume that a man is making the booking...

this is totally unacceptabel and this should stop...
