Unsatisfactory Stay at the Cabanas

Firstly the staff at the Sun City Cabanas are unfriendly, when checking in both ladies that assisted Cecilla and Maureen did not as much as have a smile on there faces to greet us or Welcome us to the hotel. In Our Room our 5 year old used the sleeper couch to sleep in which we had to turn down ourselves every evening when doing so realised that the sleep couch was broken as well as the towel railing in the bathroom. when going to have breakfast at the terrace restaurant not one waiter cleared our table during our meals, we were only offered coffee once at breakfast. Going for Dinner at the Calabash restaurant was another disappointment the food was cold and to get any service was a mission... the only person that stood out for us was Norah at the reception of the terrace restaurant at the Cabanas who was friendly and help full. Our stay this past weekend has been very disappointing Sun International has dropped there standards.
