Plett Rage accommodation disaste

I made a booking for 8 girls for the Plett Rage 2012. I paid all fees required R2200 per room per day as well as a breakage deposit of R4000. During the course of the stay she complimented the girls about their behavior. On day of departure she informed me that there are now suddenly administration fees of R75 per child to be deducted off the breakage deposit, as well as booking fee of R75 per child, as well as fines for anything she picked up on cameras that they did wrong! I was shocked to hear that she had cameras, that her and her attorney boyfriend, will be looking at the footage, installed in the rooms! After numerous emails she suddenly added steel gates that the 18 year old girls broke, never mentioned before. As they did not have a car how could this have been done. With their hands? Also deductions for trailer I left on the grass with permission from her manager, without being informed of charges. This should definitely be investigated. I will also have the camera issue investigated. Totally disgusting!
