Accommodation paid & now no response/confirmation

I enquired about accommodation for 1 night in October 2013 as I am looking for a place to stay the night before my wedding. I asked for 2 seperate qoutes, 1 for 1 night's accommodation and the other for 2 night's accommodation. After the lady who helped me got the qoutes terribly wrong a few times, I eventually got a qoute of R1500 for the one night. I paid the full amount (although only 50% deposit was required to secure the booking) on 10 April 2013 and sent the deposit slip to their email address and asked that confirmation of receipt and booking be sent to me. I have not heard anything from them to date after sending 2 follow up emails asking to please confirm booking. I also tried to phone them a few times to number on their website - 0413793771 with no answer. Not sure how they can be a 5 star hotel with such service and this is definitely not what I need now with all the wedding stress that I am under.
