I have made flight bookings on Kulula for March 2014. The bookings are for my children and my daughters boyfriend. As life has it they have separated. I now would like to do a simply name change on my booking to allow my son to take his friend along, BUT NO, I am told by the customer service agent that I agreed to the T & C's which state that no name changes are allowed, and that they do not do name changes. I am not asking for my money back, but would simply like to make an amendment to the ticket name. I cannot understand how difficult this is. It is my view that Kulula is resistant to do this as this is an easy way to sell the seat again and double up on there revenue. This is blatant day light.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT HAPPENED TO DELIGHTING YOUR CUSTOMERS???
