Not receiving acknowledgment after cancellation

Hi,
I filled refund form for 4 times, as I was not receiving any acknowledgement mail. As suggested from Customer care, I tried to fill for 5th time and commenting my issues in comment section.
Saying "Please send me the confirmation of refund and also i need the invoice which contains cancellation amount and refund amount.
Please reply me on [Email Removed]
And I am unable to comment as it is not submitting with comments. Someone please help.
