Refund

Ealier this year i applied to study with Unisa due to failing to pay the full registration amount my registration was then declined. I had paid an amount of R1850 towards the registration therefore due my registration being unsuccessful i then applied to have a refund for the money i had paid. Send an email and got a response with a refund form that i had to fill and faxed it to them. I faxed the form on the 27th of February 2013 and to date have not received any corresponse and no money. I have tried calling the phones just ring no picks up, send numerous emails and still no reply. When sending email the only reply i get is the auto reply. Please assist as i need my money back. On the form it stated that i would get it after 21days and now its long over due.
