3 year old charged double the ticket amount

On the 4th of December 2013 my two sisters took a City to City bus from Johannesburg to Lusikisiki with my 3 year old son. I booked 2 tickets and mentioned that they are with a 3 year old and no one told me that I needed to buy an extra ticket for a 3 year old. When they got onto the bus, the organizer/driver forced them to pay R310 which they paid and when they asked for a ticket he said he was gonna bring it and never did. During inspection time, the same person came and asked for the ticket, when he was told that he didn't bring it as promised, he asked them to pay again and threatened that he was gonna leave them on the highway if they don't pay another R310, then they had to pay again. R620 for a 3 year old? I raised this concern with customer service and all I could get from a consultant named Thandiwe Shingange was "Your complaint has been received" without telling me if they will be doing anything about it, that is just not acceptable!
