Hi, it was my first time to book online with travel start and I had booked the 1st time and wasn't sure if the transaction was successful, so I contacted an agent to find out if the transaction was successful and I was told no its not. I was told to re-do the bookings and choose the eft option which will link to my card. Having done this, I was told this morning by my spouse that the eft & the debit went off. I have been querying this since the morning off 4/12/2013 because my spouse is furious with me and requires a refund. I was told I will not get a full refund until I provide the recordings. This is so unfair since its evident I made an honest mistake due to the wrong information. I received quotes for cancellation whereby I am charged a large penalty for cancelling my trips. I have been ripped off. I have managed to obtain the voice recordings which I sent to travel start and I am awaiting feedback.
