I booked a cab for 9h05am yday. The driver tried calling me at 8h01 to say hes running late from Lanseria airport however he did nt gt hold of me as I was trying to call him at d same time. Eventually I got hold of d call centre and told them hes supposed to be here its now 9h3p n im late for a sales meeting. The manager assured to calle within 5min which he did not. So j called him. I advised hm tat im not prepared 2pay 4my pick up bcos of them not being on time in the AM he sed fine. At 17h0p I call the manager-Molefe to confirm then he opened a bottle of worms which he shouldn't cos now im taking this higher. He says at the last min he cannot hav it at no charge. So I told him as a manager hes absolutely incompetent his response was he wud not accept an insult an got very rude thereafter advisin me I should pay half which was R50 insted of R100. In horror @6 there was no driver 2pik me, Id me alone& terrified. I called d driver who replied im irritating him, called the call centre n thy he was on his way. The ca centre never picked up their phones thereafter and being a woman new in town was left terrified & no transport 2get home which is 4km @7h30PM . LIFELESS!
