Vending Machines Takes Money & Gives Nothing

Yesterday afternoon around 6:30pm, I inserted a R10 into the Coke vending machine located next to the parking ticket paying machines in the 30min free drop & pickup parking at Cape Town International Airport. After inserting 2x R5 coins the machine kept on asking for a R9.00 & would not even return my money when pressing the cancel button. The machine details are: Model RVCCR-660-12 Serial Number: 200719BA00042.

It is quite sad that the vending machine didn't even have a telephone number to call & I had to contact the airport to be informed that it is a coca cola vending machine. It makes one think twice of using a vending machine if this is what happens. I know its only a R10, but it was taken unfairly.
