Buses do not pitch up at bus stop

On Thursday, 20 September 2013 the route 102 Salt-River-to-Civic Centre bus failed to pitch at CPUT bus stop at 11:56 as scheduled. I arrived had arrived at the bus stop at 11:43 according to my watch. The next bus that was due for 12:26 pitched on time. This was not the first time that this happened. I had reported similar cases twice before to the electronic address that Myciti Bus Service have provided on their website. To date i have not received any response from them.
