Website STILL not working

I have been trying to make a booking on the kulula website for over 5 weeks now and everytime i try it tells me there are no flights available on the days i am looking to fly and that i should contact the call centre. I am trying to make the booking through my Discovery Vitality membership, which works for any route except the Cape Town route on international flights. This is absolutely frustrating, the whole point of an online website is to avoid the admin of a call centre, of having to speak to someone to get your quote when you can just go online and see how the fares a fluctuating. Anyway, the flight prices have gone down now on the BA route, ever so slightly, but still they have decreased, I contact the call centre, who provide me with an old quotation, and I had to waste my time back and forth with emails explaining that the fare has actually decreased and I need a new quotation. This is the reason behind using an online platform!! for convience, to avoid the unnecessary admin in an already very busy day. Please advise when this disastrous fault on the website will be fixed. i really hope it is soon.
